Step #1
To begin working with us, make sure you meet all of the following criteria:
- You’ve held a valid MC Number for at least three months.
- You operate equipment compatible with our dispatch services.
- You’re fully prepared to operate interstate routes.
If you meet these requirements, great! You’re ready for the next step. If not, don’t worry, reach out when you’re ready, and we’ll help you get there.

Ready to get started? Apply now by filling out our form or contact us directly at
Step #3
Prepare these essential documents to complete your onboarding:
- W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
- Commercial insurance certificate, including both liability and cargo policies that designate Extreme Dispatch as a certificate holder
Step #4
Sign our Dispatch Agreement, this formalizes our partnership and includes a limited Power of Attorney, authorizing us to represent your company with brokers, shippers, and regulatory agencies on your behalf.
Step #5
Once everything is signed and submitted, you’re officially onboarded. We’ll begin securing the most profitable loads and managing your dispatch needs, let’s get moving!
